I recieved three calls over 2 days from this place! The last one I answered and someone hung up. I called back the number and got a message giving their 1300 88 44 88 number, so I called that and got through to someone who explained that they run on an automatic dialler and its not actually someone hanging up, but just means no agents are available at the moment I answer. I asked how I got on their list, and they said from entering a survey, competition, or joining a new site and at the time I musn't have ticked the box saying I didn't wish to recieve marketing information. I did enter a competition recently so maybe that's it. I asked them to remove my number and they did that for me straight away. They mentioned it was regarding Funeral Insurance (which I was actually looking at recently anyway) and I ended up signing up because they offer a year free instead of having to pay straight away. If you keep getting calls from this company I would just get your number removed from their list.

Continue to get phone calls every afternoon from this number, no message left. When I call back they ask you to call a 1300 number. I ring the ombudsmen to complain and they say ring Telstra first (I check my status I’m on the do not call register) I’m sure the ombudsman is earning there salary (wish I could do that) unbelievable freedom insurance and ombudsman what a crock!
