This number is trying to encourage earlier subscribers to continue to purchase cheap hotel accommodation. They call me every year, even though I haven't been signed up for 2 years. They tell me they have another great deal for one day only but this year, have called me at least a dozen times over the last 3 weeks to try to get my business. The actual hotel they are trying to get my membership at is great, but when you're told the deal is only for a day and you say 'never mind then', and they keep ringing, it starts to become a pain. I've had no other problems dealing with these marketers or advertisers prior to this though, they've taken no for an answer and left it at that previously.
