Hi, I just called 3 mobile. They said this number is not working for them anymore. Despite I was afraid it might be expensive, I`ve called the number and it told me after 15 seconds to press 2. After I did that it said i had been removed from the list so doing this should hopefully be all you need to do...
call the number wait about 15 seconds as it will be telling you that you will be charged at "normal" rate if you are calling from a mobile and to hold on if that is ok.
then press 2, it asks you to enter your full phone number you want the "SERVICE" blocking for followed by the hash key.
