Took a couple of seconds to respond to me answering, so assume auto-dialer. Sounds like they got my phone number from LinkedIn as they knew my job title. Said that he was from IBM and wanted a time to attend a presentation. Sounds scammy AF

Social engineering.
Claims to be from IBM setting up some sort of "technical presentation for next week". If you are in that industry this is the sort of thing you would receive an email about, they will certainly not be calling you from an 0800 number. Tries to talk over you as you tell them where to go.
