It's just the RAC, they were checking to find out why I had cancelled my cover and if they could have improved the service in any way. Turns out I had cover on my new car so I didnt need it. But thanks anyway RAC

Had 3 calls today from this number. leave them to leave me message on answerphone, but don't leave message, so presume harass call. Left phone with Mum as waiting on school to ring and she got a 4th call today, checked out and was same number AGAIN. Leave a message if you want me, otherwise this is harassment. I'm Ex directory, Preferential list and reported to BT. So why if valid caller do they all me.

This the RAC phoning to try to get me to renew. I had cancelled my membership 2 weeks ago but they still tried to debit my card but fortunately it had expired. They then wrote saying they would try again so I returned the letter explaining that I had cancelled. Today they phoned and I told them again. I think it is just down to incompetent internal communication but it feels like harassment.
Mandy replied 11/13/14, 2:42 AMI'm having the same issue - have told them three times over the telephone that I am not renewing (got a way better quoate) and have written to them via email...and they are still phoning me up to 4 times a day!
It is now getting to be very annoying and has definitely put me off using the RAC in future.

I don't care if it is the RAC whoever it is shouldn't be making silent calls.
