They call me twice in a day and the second agent rang at 7 pm to ask me info about my business insurance needs while they already sent me the quote. When advised to look through their files, the call “mysteriously” dropped in what felt to me like the agent hanging up on me. I filed a complaint which I hope will be read by the right people to help increase they customer service levels.
