   Just a classic cold call.

   Voice message left by this number (no call came through though), didn't say anything in the message but could hear a click in the background (like a receiver being placed down or something along those lines)

   Liz called about an investment for working home owners offering a 20k a month return. When I asked questions, she said I had to talk to a consultant. I asked where the consultant was from as they were a telemarketing company, not an investment company, but she was sure it would be one of their own consultants, but couldn't explain any more about the 20k return.
   Load of rubbish.
   Bunch of clowns.
   Will call them back some time when I need another laugh.

    Reaching out to homeowners to help them pay off mortgage sooner and also helping to look into investment properties. i know i 3 different people that have taken them up on this offer and now own their own investment properties, they also do an ai survey to reach homeowners so they do not disturb non homeowners
