I received a missed phone call from this number so decided to call the number back. The lady I spoke to was so arrogant & persistent that I buy into their current promotion. I refused to buy into it & the lady was just so persistent that it was a great deal that if I don't buy it for myself, then for someone else - "your mum? Or maybe your dad? Or your brother? Maybe if you have a kid? You can buy for them". I then told the lady "I do not wish to purchase anything, I would like my number & details removed from your guys call list as I do not wish to receive anymore promotional calls" her reply was "OK I'll do that for you" & hung up on me. She didn't even know who she was talking to, nor did she have my number (as I was calling from a different number to the one I received the missed call on) yet she was able to remove my number from the call list ??? These guys call team need to practice what their company preaches "high quality of customer service" I think not!!
