   When I answered there was no reply, so I hung up, then I rang the number 4 times an still no reply.

   Rang missed call number and Ann called back to advise that she was calling regarding home air con requirements. Told them I was renting and she said "thank you" and that I needn't answer any more questions. Courteous and polite. Not suspicious.

   Phoned and when I answered no reply then caller hung up. Could be a coincidence but we had a door knocker yesterday claiming to be from the council asking to come inside to look around for valuations purposes. As listed already could be a suspicious.
