Male caller aggressively asking for our internal staff names details and numbers became extremely abusive to our Switchboard staff when they did not provide any details.
Further multiple menacing calls have been received since and continue to happen from the same male caller. -

Calls saying they are from GE and need to confirm an email address as the one they have is bouncing back. the email address they give is obviously just a guess at what the possibly email could be. Get very annoyed when you ask questions. They have called twice now. I asked where they were based and she told me Australia, defiantly wasn't an Australia accent.

Owner of this number called without telling his name or a name of his company. Asking if I am (name of my company) then asked me to confirm my name and demanded my email address and email address of my business partner. When I started asking more questions re him and his company instead of giving him the contact details he demanded, caller started to be aggresive and very rude. I hung up googled this number and called it back from my PC to protect my privacy and found the number is not registered in NZ. Beware of this number and do not provide him your email address. I have received 2 calls in the last 4 to 5 months. They say that they are related to conferences and bookings and ask for internal staff email addresses in our accounts department. They also try to get personal information on our contracted staff as well. Super dodgey. Don;t give them anything.
