The call lasted all of 9mins. They were promoting their sales. Coincidently, I had been looking into these sales via their website a few days ago, but never went forward with booking an appointment. A person called Jennifer informed me about their offers and we organised booking an appointment that suited me. They had my email on file and sent me a follow-up with details of said appointment. Didn't require any booking fee or down-payment. Going to double check by ringing the salon to confirm ahead of time that they do in fact have me booked in with the agreed price range because I really do need a haircut!!
