Investigator Blaise reported Keith with the number 0273517653 as Harassment calls
Txt and then calls saying has lost pet. Initial txt polite no spelling mistakes bringing to me then instantly changes saying he wants money upfront payment to bank. Said he is a patched gang member called Keith. I asked for photos of my pet but says he has no credit. He called me and insisted on half now half on return of pet. Got upset when I wouldn't do it unless he met up with me. Obviously seen the flyer I distributed in the area. He mentioned flyer and saw opportunity to get some quick money.
