An elderly man keeps calling my office 0800 number everyweekend around 1pm-3pm and asks us to transfer him to 10189 (which is neither an internal nor an external valid number). He apparently knows what he is doing and starts freeking out and ragin on us when we refuse to transfer the call.

Tried saying i had to pay a 'good will' amount before buying a phone that i purchased the other day - how they even know i bought one i dont have a clue.
Turns out i didnt have $650 to spare so I told him cancel the phone, got an email from telecom later stating my phone has been sent so the person was talking s*$%
