Reaason code doesn't include Refund Scam so left as unknown.
Asian lady called my Wife yesterday and knew her name... hmmm.

Claimed she was due a refund from 2012 ... As if! Wanted bank account details to deposit refund... No refund amount disclosed... Ha how dumb do they think we are.
