Sent me a text saying I was 624.13 overdue on my account.. what account and didnt tell me where to pay it or any further info but to just call the number... if my accounts were overdue it would tell me on my online banking.

Not doing it.
1)They don't tell us that. Just charge more.

2) never txt before. Nor have I selected that option.
