   Called and when phoned back went straight to voicemail saying voicemail was full… so many complaints left I’m guessing, advice is to block and go feed the monkeys at the zoo, way more satisfying too

   Qmastercard sent an SMS to say my account needs to be paid. Paid by the due date. They folllowed up with a call today (Tuesday). I called them after tracing the No Caller ID number, and they confirmed they had received my payment (I confirmed this on their website yesterday), but allegedly the "payment had not been allocated to my outstanding balance". They don't work on Sundays.
   I'd recommend paying off the outstanding balance, which is what I will be doing, and telling friends and family, and merchants I currently deal with that this company, Columbus Financial should be avoided like the plague.

   this is either qmastercard, or an agency on behalf of them, or some other credit agency. in my case its qmastercard. most times, but not all, you will hear music when pick up the call. avoid, or dont. answering the call will likely cost you money because its counted as "making an alternative arrangement". dodgy scum.

   rung, left vm. heavy breathing sound - hung up. Rang back a second time so I trolled them. The oh god after answering as a mortuary service was great.

   This number has called me everyday this week, sometimes twice or three times. I've answered only twice in case it was an important call, but I was met with hold music both times. I decided not to stick around to find out what was going on and hung up after a second or two. I'm going to block the number.

    I've had the same thing, they've called me almost everyday this week, at least twice a day. I decided to answer twice in case it was the bank or something important but it's just hold music on the other end, and I've immediately hung up. I'm going to block it! Too weird! Hope this stops for you!
