Called and introduced himself as ?Ilam, Triton Hearing. While he said it was time for annual check for my father (who passed away 2 years ago) he then said Sorry to hear that, and we ended the call.
I then learned that my sister had had the same call, go figure. It has left me not trusting the database/reason for calling unfortunately.
