They do not ask the correct protocol checks to verify your information. Nor do they even know if you are actually with Vodafone or not.
When asked how did you get this number, they say 'oh, we got your data from a super market sweepstake competition' I have never in my life entered a single supermarket competition. Ever. Very strange and very suspicious.
