I got a message from my landlord and she sent me a photo of the letter it was addressed to "The Occupants" do you know the whereabout of ???? With a 6 digit number attached with the number to call the very next day I go to ring them a few times I couldn't get through and kept going to answering machine tried once more and got through this person that says his name is Simon doesn't say what company he's with just gets straight into asking personal questions which I thought was strange so I stopped him in his tracks and asked "sorry what is this about?" He then proceeded to say his name that he was with intercoll organization debt that people usually have an idea about why they are calling he them proceeded to say that I have 2 outstanding debts which 1 of those companies he stated I owe but where he got caught out is when I said "how do i have a debt with that company when I'm still with that company? and I have no outstanding debt with them and I have been with them for 6+ years" he said he has sent a request for that information? But didn't say to who? And that he said he will be in touch when he has more information? When I Cleary know I don't have any outstanding debt and my credit is good because I check it every month
