Had just been called by 'NZ Survey, Charity Services' (098714412) and was asked if I support helping children in need and mentioned WorldVision and 10 minutes afterwards got a call from this number.
The caller claimed they were from World Vision and was calling because I had 'expressed interest' - Caller seemed really nice and started a spiel about the charity's vision in helping families and sponsoring children, etc. and went on to ask me about donations. Seemed legit - the same vibe as the usual charity solicitors. -

Got a call at 10am, picked up because it said it was in my country thought it would be a job calling me. I never expressed interest in World Vision. They’ll ask you a lot of questions about your personal life and family, then ask for donations. Lady was very sweet though.
