Calls from +6499678685 are associated with SPCA Donation Campaigns - Expert Opinion

Persistent fundraisers utilized telephone line 099678685 to launch aggressive donation campaigns under the SPCA banner. Operators harvested contact information from online petitions, petitions against animal cruelty, and pet adoptions to execute relentless, multi-daily calling schedules. Recipients reported feeling highly uncomfortable due to over-familiar callers, rude pushy demands for recurring payments, and frequent silent hangups, prompting frustrated consumers to label the persistent fundraising operations as nuisance spam and block the number.
