   Caller wanted to talk to an account or IT manager about upcoming license renewals for a client of ours which is not the right approach if legitimate.
   
   If legit I suspect It's Microsoft trying to step in between us and another licensing provider to cut out the middle man.
   
   Otherwise the call stinks like an unprofessional scam.

   Call from this number "on behalf of Microsoft" asking questions about our customer's Microsoft environments.
   Refused to provide the name of their business.
   Refused to answer any questions about the reason for the call unless I answer their questions first.
